What do your caring programs entail?

One Caring Team’s Trained Listeners Establish and build one-on-one relationships, Identify and address life issues, Provide needed emotional support, Reconnect your loved ones with life. We will call older adults 1-3 times a week depending on your selected plan.

How do we get started?

Sign up for your account, create your profile by providing the contact info of yourself or your loved ones and their picture(s). Select a care plan, and a Caring Listener will contact you (if you are signing up for yourself) or your loved ones according to your selected plan and get to know you or them better.

What are the benefits?

Each call lasts up to 10 minutes. The Caring Listener will upload their care notes after each completed call. You will get 24/7 access to the care notes on our site. You can also leave a note for the Caring Listener to relay your message to your loved one. You can always change your plan or the Caring Listener at any time.

Can I change my plan in the middle of a billing cycle?

How do I talk to my loved one about the program?

Upon Transitioning Smoothly into the Kindness Program, this will be emailed to all new customers when they sign up.

Do you provide medical advice?

These are friendly, caring calls--NOT meant for medical advice or medical consultation.

If the client complains of any medical symptoms, the caring listeners will escalate the care call to our triage nurse who will then triage the client according to our protocol. Providing earliest intervention is one of the best ways to optimize health outcomes.

If you or they do complain of any serious medical symptoms such as Chest Pain, Shortness of Breath, or sudden onset of weakness on one side of the body(stroke), then the Caring Listeners will dial 911 immediately and notify the family member on the phone(a text message or a call).
